This webring is open to any underground-type publications which wish to generate more hits for themselves. It has been designed to be very free and easy to join in hopes that it will expand rapidly and provide a useful service to sites which may have otherwise been overlooked. In that spirit, any existing member can validate new sites, and the positions of the sites in the ring will be randomly shuffled every week. Though we hate restrictions, please note that the sites in this ring belong generally to papers with a school-related focus. Online 'zines, though welcome to apply, must be relevant to the theme of this webring.
