Just dumping this here for future record mainly. I really am having a hard time understanding my six month issue with Juniper Bank.

Request #1: For the account ending in 0618, please send me a new card.

Request #2: In August, a new account was opened by Juniper in my name, despite Juniper's refusal to issue me a card on either my existing account or a new account, and despite my refusal to submit a new credit application with Juniper. This same thing happened in October -- an entirely new account was created in my name, against my wishes, by Juniper. I have had three different accounts in as many months.

Request #2 cont: If Juniper steadfastly refuses to send me cards for these accounts Juniper keeps opening for me against my wishes, I request and demand that Juniper and Barclay's bank clear this up immediately, and put an end to -- literally -- six months of madness. My next step is to involve the Washington State Attorney General's Office, and to inform the world about Juniper's apparently automatic, and seemingly illegal, account creation policies. So either send me my card, or stop this illegal harassment.
