2002 Agenda

1.    Reestablish links to members, other organizations

We will be sending out email to our members, as well as the other major youth rights organizations worldwide, announcing our return to action after 10 month hiatus.  We hope to recruit additional members worldwide (we had 1200 at last count).

2.    Begin to plan new activities

We are looking at several projects for the next three years.

Here is a tenative list:

A.    Organize protests across America to lower the voting age before the 2002 elections!

B.    Work with other youth rights organizations on general youth rights issues as well as voting age concerns.

C.    Organize local YouthSpeak chapters across America and worldwide.

D.    Organize worldwide protests for a lower voting age and greater youth rights to coincide with the 2004 elections.

E.    File a Lawsuit to Lower the Voting Age in America by 2004.
