I don’t wanna wait for our lives to be over..
I read the writing that was available from the current news, and I just wanted to give my comments. A year ago I wasn't even think
about having an actual relationship with a female student, I was just admiring the really attractive ones. But this year I really would like
a relationship, but I believe that there is no one out there for me. All the women that I am attracted to are either taken or not attracted to
me. I also believe that having the courage to ask out a person plays a vital role. I am not one of the popular students and I just don't have
that much courage, either that or I haven't met Ms. Rright. I believe that too many of the average student, male or female, are just too
scared of rejection to try, and that's why many of them complain that there's no one for them.
Please remember that this is my opinion and is what I believe. For all the male and female students that have tried and been rejected,
I don't know you and so don't know that there is some rejection out there.
A note to everyone: if you see a person that you like, and you don't have the guts to ask them out, try anyways, because you have
nothing to lose and I don't think that your friends will laugh at you. And if they do, I think you need new friends.

Hello, I am a graduate student in Chemical Engineering, sorry for my ignorance, but could you please tell me some more about the
[SAC] president!! As well as what is DX please?

Think About It
Although the year has once again concluded, I would like all of you to recall the good and bad times. It's really those times that makes
us who we are as a school and brings our multiculturalism much closer, but then why is it that no one wants to take part nor
contribute?....why all the racism?, the discrimination?, the prejudice?...I think you know what I mean.......there's clearly no need to be
polite nor say things you really don't mean....just be yourself, smile, and let others know what you're thinking and what you feel.....cause
that's the only way you're going to be successful. As a whole we have to be who we really are and not a figment of others' imaginations.

The Award for Unnecessary Paranoia goes to..
I think the article about George Chu's suspension [published at the HTP website shortly after v3i4 came out] is incredibly accurate and
well written. However, the why was there no mention of myself (Sunil Kothary) or Jackie (partial member [of DX]). Even though our
speeches were of a more serious note, did you consider the option that the election might still be rigged? And even if I do win, they will
not allow it, as the administration is a bunch of blues brothers wannabes. How about the issue of there being over 300 spoiled ballots by
lunch, with an estimated number expecting to top 700. The fact that there may this many spoiled ballots, has to been an issue, as it is a
show of the students opinions that they feel George and Minh should be SAC execs. Not to mention the fact that the spoiled ballots still
had my name and Jackie's name, removing a large portion of votes, and taking away her chance at the prez seat.

Mad Props
I am a student at the Woodlands (as you may have already figured out). I would like to congratulate you on the very professional
reporting that is evident in the latest issue. I must confess that I don't get a chance to read the paper every time it comes out. However,
the web site has made it much easier to access. I have only read half of the issue so far, and I have nothing but praise for the organization.
Please don't let up on what opposition feels. I too have noticed that the school is filled with propaganda and is not entirely interested in
the student body. I also feel very strongly about some of the issues that have been discussed.
Remember that "Life is like a river. Even though it seems to runs wild without a care, there is already a set course that it will follow."

While the librarian’s not looking..
Hello, my name is Brad. I am friends with Don (well, actually dave, his younger brother) and I have been reading your paper lately.
It's great. "Dog Guy" has got to be one of the most contraversial (yet suprisingly funny) comic strips I personally have ever read. I
recently went to your benificial (sorry) [end of email].
