Present: Jason Kende, Kathleen Miller, Cory Withers, Ana Hevesi.

Current board members realize according to the bylaws, Kristen Mason is no longer a member of the board. Because of this, only 3 members were needed for quorum.

The meeting convenes at 6:20 p.m. pacific time.
