<p>The meeting convenes at 7:30 p.m. eastern time.</p>

<p><b>2002 BOARD ELECTIONS</b></p>

<p>The Board failed to hold an 2001 annual meeting and elections for the 2002 Board of Directors.
Nominations were taken for the 2002 Board. Eight candidates were nominated and approved for the
eight open positions. The 2002 Board consists of Maria Gonzalez, Luke Bowerman, Jason Kende,
Didrik Wold, Kathleen Miller, Isabel Chang, Kristen Mason, and Ben Livingston.</p>
