<p>Report of the August 27, 1999 Board of Directors meeting.</p>

<p>Present: Ben Livingston, Sven Berger. Guests: Lawrence Rozanski III,
Maria Gonzalez, Didrik Wold, Tyler Creviston, Heather Kolowinski, Adam Rech,
cali, Hope, Jason Lancaster, Trevor Livingston, Lindsay Braman, Paul Saylor,
organik, Jman, Patrick Cooper, and Matt.</p>

<p>The meeting convenes at 6:10 p.m. pacific time.</p>

<p><b>Board Elections</b></p>

<p>The initial Board of Directors, as listed on our corporate registration,
consisted of two members, Ben Livingston and Sven Berger. The initial Board of
Directors election was opened to all present.</p>

<p>Ben Livingston explained the general duties of a board member. Eleven people
were nominated for the eight board positions: Tyler Creviston, Didrik Wold,
Maria Gonzalez, Lawrence Rozanski, Ben Livingston, Jason Lancaster, Paul Saylor,
Heather Kolowinski, Lindsay Braman, Patrick Cooper, and Sven Berger. Ben created
a web page with candidate descriptions. Voting was semi-anonymous with ballots
being sent to Ben. The New Oblivion Board of Directors is composed of Tyler
Creviston, Didrik Wold, Maria Gonzalez, Lawrence Rozanski, Ben Livingston, Paul
Saylor, Lindsay Braman and Sven Berger.</p>
